Timothy S. Ramsey, LAPC

" A sense of well-being is the goal that I want to achieve in clients. Combining physical, mental, and emotional well-being becomes a balancing act in today's world. Physical needs; living in a safe environment, nourishment for the body, sensible physical activity, and medical conditions, must be addressed if the work needed to look inward is to be successful. Addressing issues surrounding these common needs create the atmosphere for personal growth. My desire is to work together to find out where it is that my client wants to go, and discovering how to get there."

Mr. Ramsey is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor and NBCC National Certified Counselor.

He has a Master's Degree as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor from Argosy University.  He also has a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Georgia.  He has worked at North DeKalb Mental Health CSB, Crossroads Hospice (where he was privileged to counsel those at end of life and their families, working mostly with memory care individuals), Lakeview Behavioral Health (a short-term acute care facility), and Peachford Hospital.
